In order to help protect the lives of all of our families and prevent the spread of COVID-19, "J-Ready Property Inspections" is striving to take the recommended precautions as outlined by the CDC Guidelines. We encourage all to view these guidelines below by selecting "How to Protect Yourself & Others". There you may find more information from the Center for Disease Control's official website.
In light of this Pandemic, we are also offering the option to review the inspection findings via phone or video call. We strongly encourage all to please make use of this option if at all possible. As usual, we will have various pictures available to display our findings and will make ourselves available to answer any questions you may have. This eliminates in most cases the need to attend in person. However, if you must attend in person following the completion of the inspection, we ask that you please limit your attendance to a maximum of two adults while taking the recommended precautions including wearing a face mask and social distancing as much as possible. We also incorporate temperature checks and hand sanitizing upon entrance of the home. We appreciate your efforts in carrying out your role in this regard so as to help keep us all safe.

Builder Warranty Inspections
Are you saying my new house is broken? : Most newly constructed homes come with a warranty from the builder. This usually covers items related to workmanship and materials for 1 year depending on the warranty. As a home begins to age there are various conditions that can develop within the different systems. This is also common during the first year of a newly constructed home as changes begin to take place such as when the home begins to settle and wood materials continue to dry and shrink.

Jeankarel started working in the construction field as a teenager where he began his journey through various trades.
He later continued in his training and education into the field of Home Inspection through the Inspector training provided by the Champions School ... of Real Estate located here in Plano TX.
There he developed a trained eye through the extensive courses and proceeded to pass the rigorous state and National Exams.
He continues to improve in his knowledge and training to provide his clients with the best possible inspection that he can provide.
Aside from inspecting and construction, Jeankarel strives to give spiritual things priority in his life and enjoys spending his time sharing in his ministry as well as assisting in other forms of voluntary service
In his free time he also enjoys such hobbies as music, sports, mechanics, and the outdoors.
