Boris holds a Business Administration Degree (with the emphasis in Real Estate) from California State University Northridge and is certified by the California Department of Real Estate as a real estate broker. Zelman Development Companies also hired him as a Financial Analyst and Senior Accountant for their firm before his co-establishing Lending Bee, Inc., the manager of the LBC Capital Income Fund, LLC. As the behind-the-scenes executive of the company, he’s the one who develops procedures and handles the everyday operations for Lending Bee and LBC.

He is also a member of the California Mortgage Brokers Association and a licensed real estate professional.
